Jed MacArthur

Jed has been with RE/MAX for over 7 years and specializes in new developments and urban homes.  Jed has studied architecture at the University of Kansas, and construction management and finance at Colorado State University.  Jed works closely with builders and developers in the Downtown areas and has been been a marketing associate for The Lofts at One Boulder Plaza, 1155 Canyon(www.1155canyon.com), Prospect New Town, and The Walnut (www.thewalnutboulder.com).  Over 90% of Jed's business comes from greatly appreciated referrals from past clients and satisfied homebuyers.  Jed also works with investment properties and has connections with top commercial brokers and a worldwide referral network.  Jed specializes in all metro Boulder and Denver areas including Downtown, the Highlands, Washington Park, Uptown, Five Points, the Ballpark District, the Central Platte Valley, Cherry Creek and so on.  Jed has also sold homes as far south as Highlands Ranch and North to Fort Collins.    

Larry MacArthur

Larry has been a top producer in Boulder real estate sales for over 32 years. He received the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1978 and RE/MAX's highest sales award "The Platinum Club" in 1999 and 2000. Larry, a Colorado native and his wife Jayne, have raised two children in Boulder. Larry has coached Boulder Junior Soccer, Junior Wrestling, has volunteered for the Boulder Boulder and has assisted in fundraising for the University of Colorado track and cross-country programs. He has been a past director of the Boulder Road Runners and Buff Club.

 Andria Laforme

Andria is an invaluable asset to The MacArthur Team.  Andria assists with all contract coordination, as well as marketing.  Andria is a full time assistant that can help ease the home buying and selling process.
